Asutosh Gowarikar is Upset Again

Irrespective of whether it is a matter of chance or it is intentional, one man who does not seem to leave the gossip circles these days is Ashutosh Gowarikar. After scolding many people on stage at various award functions, Ashutosh is again in the news and reports suggest that once again he is in the news for not being happy.
As you may be aware, after the differences between producers and multiplex owners got settled, many big producers are getting ready to release their films and as a consequence many big films are hitting the theatres together.
One such day, when three big films are scheduled to release together is September 25, when along with Ashutosh Gowarikar’s What’s Your Rashee, David Dhawan’s Do Knot Disturb and Madhur Bhandarkar’s Jail are also due for release.
Of course, since like any other producer, Ashutosh wanted his film to be the exclusive big budget release of that particular week, he was highly disturbed with the decision of both David Dhawan and Madhur Bhandarkar and therefore decided to take up the issue with them.
But as Ashutosh was getting ready to approach both the directors, producer Harry Baweja, who is also the father of Harman, the lead actor of his film What’s Your Rashee offered to help and talk to the other two directors.
So, while handing over this big headache to Harry, Ashutosh decided to concentrate on his film.
But, now it seems rather than helping him out, Harry has become a headache for Ashutosh himself. Reports suggest that when David and Madhur were contacted to find out the final outcome of their discussions with Harry, both the directors said that they are going forward with their plans to release their respective films on 25th September as no one has approached them on this particular issue.
Ashutosh of course is a very confused man now. He cannot figure out with whom should he be more upset? David and Madhur, who are releasing their films alongside his or Harry Baweja, who never took up the issue with the two directors.
It now seems that in his attempt to convince the other two directors, it would be Ashutosh only, who may ultimately end up postponing his own film’s release.
