Shilpa Shetty Got engaged to boyfriend Raj Kundra on Saturday October, 24, 2009.

Though little sister Shamita Shetty couldn’t attend the Shilpa’s engagement ceremony, because she is participating in a reality TV show, Big Boss 3. Raj is the London based businessman and met Shilpa Shetty during a reality TV show Big Brother. Shilpa went on to win the show and became very popular in London. Shilpa’s engagement ceremony was a low key affair and only family members and close friends participated. Shilpa was looking stunning in a pink saree designed by Manish Malhotra. While her wedding outfits will be designed by Tarun Tahiliani.
Tarun Tahiliani announced proudly, "I can’t talk about the details of the outfits but I can tell you that she will look absolutely stunning." Tahiliani told this to IANS on the sidelines of his show at the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WIFW). WIFW is being held in the Capital.
