There are speculations about Abhishek Bachchan hosting a Television show.
Have you watched a new confusing advertisement on a Television channel, which shows Abhishek Bachchan sitting on an easy chair? If you though it was an advertisement of a new product, which Abhishek has just endorsed, you are wrong.
If reports are to be believed, after Amitabh Bachchan entertained everyone on Television with his shows like Kaun Banega Carorepati and Big Boss 3, its the turn of his son Abhishek, who will now host a show on Television.
Sources close to a Television channel, while revealing that Abhishek will indeed be hosting a show on their channel said, “Abhishek is doing a show called ‘Bingo’ with our channel. Though, it’s a very interesting concept, the details cannot be given out at this point.”
Though, the channel says that they are producing this show, they are not ready to comment when will the show go on air? When asked whether the show will replace another show being hosted by Abhishek’s father Amitabh Bachchan, the sources in the concerned channel replied in negative.
Interestingly, whereas the channel is going all out to promote the new program, Abhishek’s spokesperson has denied any such report saying, “Abhishek is not involved in any TV show. It is only a website with various interactive applications. I recommend everyone to register on the website and test their laziness and look at the various tips regarding laziness.”
Now whether the speculations about Abhishek Bachchan hosting a show on Television are true or not will be known in time to come, but definitely the channel has got a lot of publicity just by adding Abhishek’s name to the channel.
