No kissing on screen for Ali Zafar.
Bollywood star Ali Zafar has said that he is not open to kissing his co-stars in front of the camera. Though the Bollywood star has kissed on screen previously in his film London Paris New York, but since he is uncomfortable with it, he will not want to do such a thing again.
People, who go to see the upcoming films of Ali like Chashme Badoor, won’t get to see the actor being a part of such a scene. Explains the actor, “I can’t kiss on screen! I can’t do these scenes for sure. It’s more of a personal choice for me. I don’t think I will feel comfortable. Even before signing a film, I tell the producers that this is one thing that I will not be able to do.”
But when asked, Ali says that refusing such movies and scenes, which require him to kiss, won’t affect his career in Bollywood in any way. He says, “I do not want to do extra work and burden myself in an unnecessary manner. I want to take-up projects, which excites me as an actor. I also have a family and would like to spend some time with them.”
With Ali making it clear that he will not indulge in kissing on the screen, it should be expected that in the future his films will get entire families as audiences.
