This may be a patch-up season in Bollywood as big stars seem to be showing signs of patch-up.
Reports in Bollywood suggest that this may be the season of patch-up as many big stars, who till recently were reluctant to even talk with each-other are now thinking of putting aside their differences and either be friends with each-other or even work together in the near future.
To begin with, director of the recent hit Housefull, has taken everyone by surprise by saying that he plans to direct both Shahrukh Khan and Akshay Kumar in his next directorial venture for which he will start shooting soon.
Interestingly though, sources in the industry are calling this as a means of getting some extra popularity for Sajid Khan since the director has not come up with the announcement of any specific project, which will showcase these two stars of Bollywood, who haven’t been on talking terms for the last few years.
Shahrukh and Akshay apart, reports also suggest that Abhishek Bachchan and Salman Khan may also be putting their differences aside and extending a hand of friendship towards one another. This became evident when softening his stand on him, Abhishek recently defended Salman, who was criticized by a journalist for endorsing an undergarment. Abhishek said that when so many Bollywood actors were endorsing such products, it is not appropriate to single out just Salman and criticize him for such an issue.
It would be interesting to see whether these patch-ups among the big stars only stay in real life or in this patch-up season these stars also show a sign of going a step further and even working together on the screen as well.
