With more and more actors taking their work too seriously, changing your look has become the in thing. We just saw both Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan changing the way they apparently look for both Ghajini and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi respectively. As it helps the film and increases their star value by bringing all those appreciations, our Bollywood biggies are trying this change of looks readily.
But, now our Bollywood stars are going a step further and trying out the same trend in Advertising world also. After Aamir Khan tried different get ups in various ads like Coca-Cola and Tata Sky, it’s the turn of Hrithik Roshan to follow his footsteps.
Reports suggest that Hrithik Roshan has lost all his muscles to just look trendy and stylish for a clothing brand, which he is going to endorse. Revealing this, a close friend of Hrithik said, “The brief given to Hrithik by the ad filmmakers was that they wanted him to sport a lean look. Being the perfectionist that he is, the actor was determined to work towards achieving his new look.”
Great work Hrithik. Despite this, contrary to what Hrithik Roshan must have expected, not everyone is happy with this professional approach of his. At least, Papa Rakesh Roshan is not. Reacting to this decision taken by his son, a visibly upset Rakesk Roshan said, “He would soon start working on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next untitled film and the lean look, without any weight or muscles, would not suit his character too well.”
But since, Hrithik had already made up his mind, his dad’s argument didn’t help a lot and Hrithik went on to do as he had planned.
One thing that is already decided is that Hrithik looks very hot in the advertisement. Although, whether the decision to go this far just for an ad was wise or not, will only be known once Bhansali’s film hits the silver screen.
