Hrithik Roshan may soon be seen working with Kirsten Stewart in Paani.
After Aamir Khan, who did a series of films with actress from west and Hollywood like Rachel Shelley, who played Elizabeth Russell in Lagaan, Coral Beed, who was seen as Emily in The Rising: Ballad of Mangal Pandey and Alice Patten, who played Sue in Rang De Basanti, it now the turn of Hrithik Roshan to work with actresses from abroad. After the much talked about Kites, where Hrithik teaming-up with Barbara Mori has hit headlines, Hrithik may well be working with another actress from abroad Kirsten Stewart in the upcoming film Paani.
After Kites, which has been made and promoted as an international film, Hrithik may now be seen in another international project called Paani, to be directed by Shekhar Kapur and will feature as Kirsten Stewart in the female lead.
Reports suggest that Shekhar Kapur has already spoken to Hrithik for this film, which will be made in English and focus on both Indian and international audiences. Though the lead lady for the film has not been finalized as yet, Shekhar is said to be in talk with Kirsten Stewart and hopes that she will say Yes to this project.
Just as it was the case with the team of Anurag Basu, Hrithik and Barbara Mori in Kites, it is expected that if the lead lady being approached for the film does sign on the dotted lines, the team of Shekhar Kapur, Hrithik and Kirsten Stewart will create a lot of curiosity not only among Bollywood fans but film lovers across the world and with the three of them working together, Paani will be a film to look-out for.
