If it works, it may have serious consequences both on Bollywood and the society as a general. After the news that John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh went bare in New York and Jail respectively, one more star may be asked to do a similar act by his producer.
Whereas, both John and Neil are not that big a star, there decision to do the act did create some news but probably that may not be anything near to the kind of sensation, the next piece of news in going to create, provided there is any truth in it.
The news now coming in is that discussions are on between Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali to do a similar scene as performed by John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh.
Reports suggest that Sanjay Leela Bhansali allegedly asked Hrithik to do a scene where the he is shown coming out of the bath tub in his next film Guzarish.
But, more than the fact that Hrithik was asked to do such a scene, the real news is that unlike John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh, Hrithik, who is a much bigger star and can dominate the makers, has actually refused to do such a scene. This even after the fact that Bhansali tried his level best to convince Hrithik that the scene was the demand of the script but he has reportedly failed till now. Though, those close to Bhansali say that the director hasn’t given up and still trying to take up the matter with Hrithik Roshan.
Though, time will tell whether Hrithik agrees for the scene or not, but what it goes to show is that it is much more difficult to get the more established actors to do such scenes, as compared to the strugglers or those who are relatively new to the industry.
