Imran Khan wants to work with new directors.

After two successful films in a row with new directors, Bollywood actor Imran Khan is said to be fascinated by new directors and is keen to work only with them.

Imran, who had his first release as a lead actor in 2008, has had four releases as a hero till date. Out of these two of his films, including Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, which was directed by Abbas Tyrewala and I Hate Luv Storys, which was directed by Punit Malhotra were able to draw crowds to the theatres whereas the other two films Kidnap and Luck were not able to impress the viewers.

Incidentally, one thing common between Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na and I Hate Love Storys is that both the films have been directed by debutant directors.

Reports suggest that after two successes with new directors, Imran is keen to sign more movies with debutant directors.

Though, Imran is said to be having two more releases coming up this year ,which include Delhi Belly, which is produced by his uncle Aamir Khan and directed by Abhinay Deo and Break Ke Baad, which is directed by Danish Aslam, the actor is now waiting for the latter because he expects that he will be lucky with a new director for the third time in a row.

This is not unusual as it reminds you of Salman Khan, who after the grand success of Maine Pyar Kiya had decided to work only with debutant female leads. But Salman had to change his decision once some of his film with new lead ladies failed at the box office.

Imran Khan wants to work with new directors since up till now he has managed to gain success working with them. It would be interesting to see what decision he takes, if some of his films with new directors fail.
