John Abraham
John Abraham is said to have refused a film with Asin.
Though Asin may have given one of the biggest super hit in the Hindi film industry with Ghajini, it seems that John Abraham is not impressed with her. Reports suggest that John recently refused a film, which he was offered with the lead lady from South India.
If sources are to be believed, producer-director Vipul Shah had offered a project to John. Vipul was keen on a film, which was a remake of a Telgu film, where he wanted to cast John opposite Asin.
Strangely, despite the fact that Asin was a part of original project in Telgu, John feels that she is not the appropriate choice for the role of the lead lady in this film. And the reason he gives for his understanding is rather strange. John says that after hearing the story of the film, he felt that the female lead character of the film needed to be a very attractive lady and he could not see Asin fitting into that role.
When asked Vipul Shah refused to elaborate on the matter and said that rather than refusing to work with Asin, John had said no to the film because the dates of the two stars were not free at the same point of time. He added that the dates issue between the two stars is being worked out and both John and Asin will do the film when they both can provide the dates for the film at the same point of time.
John has not made any comment on this issue as yet.
Whether John ultimately refuses this film offered to him by Vipul Shah or works with Asin in this project will only be known in time to come.
