Kareena Kapoor
Too much of anything is bad and one recent example to prove this is Kareena Kapoor. There was a time when it was reported that on her initial entry into Bollywood, Kareena’s elder sister didn’t miss any offer that came her way. But once her feet got grounded in the industry, Karisma became more and more choosy about the roles that she took on. Kareena on the other hand has done exactly the opposite. It is said that when she entered the industry, she was quite selective about her films but whether out of choice or as a result of her popularity, now Kareena is getting too many offers and has over a dozen films on floor right now. Just like it has happened with Kareena, this can be a little dangerous.
Kareena is in deep trouble. The problem is that she has given the same date to two producers hoping that at the last moment, she will be in a position to say no to one particular producer. But now as the situation stands, she is in a fix since she cannot say no to either of them.
Kareena, who some time back had given certain dates to Sudhir Misra’s new movie Dhruv, had to change her schedule at the last moment and give those dates to her boyfriend Saif Ali Khan when he asked for these dates. It s happened that since his first home production Love Aaj Kal has got delayed due to the ongoing Multiplex strike. Saif wanted to now utilize the time that he had initially kept for the post production of the film, to shoot for his other home production with Kareena, Agent Vinod. Since, the request came directly from Saif, Kareena had no choice but to say “Yes”, hoping she will somehow handle Sudhir.
But, after realizing what she has done, Kareena now is slightly upset with herself. She now feels that giving Dhruv’s date was a mistake because though she does not care much about Sudhir, Dhruv is opposite Farhan Akhtar, who himself is a big producer and Kareena cannot miss a chance of working under his banner by annoying him in any way.
Now, there seems to be a big clash between Kareena as a person, who wants shoot for Saif’s film and Kareena and as a professions, eager to shoot for Sudhir Misra. Whoever wins, the loss ultimately is Kareena’s.
