Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan
Now that’s what you call true love.
Though it is not the first time around that he has done so, Saif Ali Khan has once again proved how much he loves Kareena Kapoor.
To begin with, during the premier and release of her new film Kambhakkt Ishq, when most of her family members including Kareena’s father and sister were not beside her, it was Saif Ali Khan, who attended the film’s premier with his lady love Kareena Kapoor.
But this time around Saif has done something, which will really impress her lady love and clear any doubt that she had about her man.
In a really sweet gesture from his side, Saif has said that for him Kareena’s films are equally important as his own. He said, “In fact, given a choice, I would rather have her film work than mine.”
You may recall that Kareena’s film Kambhakkt Ishq and Saif’s Love Aaj Kal are both due to release in July 2009. If fact what Saif is hoping for is a perfect scenario. He says, “God willing, both films will be hits. And we’ll have a double celebration.”
But what if Kambhakkt Ishq fails at the Box office? Saif said that in the case of such a situation, he will not celebrate even if his film Love Aaj Kal does well at the Box Office.
One wonders what Kareena feels about all this. Because, after the initial good response at the Box office, it seems Kareena has all the reasons to celebrate. Of course, as Saif said, the celebrations will be grand if Love Aaj Kal does well at the box office but will Kareena put-off her celebrations if Saif’s first home production fails at the box office?
To know this, you unfortunately will have to wait till August.
