If there is one person whom Salman Khan refuses to even think about these days, leave talking to him or meeting him, its Karan Johan.
You may recall that Salman and Karan were once good friends and Salman was a part of Karan’s first film as a director Kuchh Kuchh Hota Hai.
But not all was well between the two was apparent last week, when Karan did not take the pains to invite Salman on his birthday party. Though, the initial reports suggested that Karan did not invite Salman because of Shahrukh Khan, but the way Karan is now ignoring the very existence of Salman, it seems that there is much more behind Karan’s decision and the relation between the two may well be at an all time low.
Again, if sources in Bollywood are to be believed, the producers of Dus Ka Dum restrained from inviting Abhishek Bachchan on Salman’s Television show Dus Ka Dum because the two are not the best of friends. But, it seems that Karan Johar is bent upon making Salman angry. If not inviting Salman at his birthday bash wasn’t enough, Karan has now crossed all his limits.
Karan is said to have approached and convinced Katrina Kaif to work opposite Abhishek Bachchan in the sequel of Dostana. Sources in the industry fear that at a time when both Aishwarya and Abhishek are not at best of terms with him, it is most likely that Salman will not be happy to hear the news of Abhiskek and Katrina sharing the screen.
Since Katrina after establishing her feet in Bollywood, is now capable enough to take her own decisions, there isn’t much that Salman can do in this case. But surely, Salman is not going to forget and forgive Karan Johar, the man behind this arrangement that easily and that quickly.
