Kareena Kapoor made it to the top ten powerful persons’ list of Filmfare. Though acting is their profession, its sometimes sad to see how most stars over do it not only on the screen but also in their real life. For example, ask any star, who is at the peak of his/ her career about how he/she feels about being at the top and you will get the typical reply ever. “I don’t believe in number game.” Yet, what is comforting to see is that some stars are more honest and occasionally leave the dotted lines to express themselves more freely and truly. Kareena Kapoor was more forthcoming about inclusion in the list of top ten powerful persons.
One such person is Kareena Kapoor, who for a change, putting aside the expected common answer that our Bollywood stars give to the usual questions, has very honestly admitted that she is the number one lead female actress right now and she is more than happy to get to that position.
Kareena Kapoor revealed this when she was asked to comment on the fact that she has made it to list of the ten most powerful persons in Bollywood. It may be recalled that Kareena is the only lead female actress to have made it to the Power list compiled by a leading film magazine Filmfare.
So, what does she feel about being the best and what is the secret behind her success? When asked about it Kareena Kapoor had this to say. “I am very excited about it. It’s flattering. And it’s scary. Lots of responsibilities. My power comes from my honesty to myself and to my work.”
What makes Kareena Kapoor even happier is the fact that now her status and acting capabilities are being considered equal to the likes of Aishwarya Rai and Rani Mukherjee. Both of these, who have impressed people with their acting skills, have also been part of this list during past couple of years.
Surely, today considering where she is, no one can argue regarding anything she says. Well, that’s the impact of power and success. Isn’t it?
