Priyanka Chopra
Priyanka Chopra is said to be fascinated by Kashmir.
Bollywood lead lady Priyanka Chopra, who is currently in Kashmir shooting for Vishal Bharadwaj’s next film Saat Khoon Maaf is said to be highly impressed with the natural beauty of the valley.
In a post on social networking site Twitters, Priyanka wrote, "Now that it is in the newspapers that I am in Kashmir to shoot for my next film, I would like to tell you that I am stunned by the beauty of the valley. Getting ready to shoot here in the morning is a totally different experience.”
Though a number of films have been made in the state, Priyanka has shot for the first time in the valley after the situation in terrorist hit state of Jammu and Kashmir improved. Moreover with Saat Khoon Maaf, Bollywood has returned to the state after 17 years.
Though the place of the shooting has been kept a secret and proper security arrangements have been made at the place of shooting, there was a lot of enthusiasm among the youth of the surrounding areas, who gathered in large numbers to have a glimpse of their favorite stars.
Hopefully, apart from Priyanka, director Vishal Bharadwaj, the other actors of the film, which stars John Abraham, Irfan Khan, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Naseeruddin Shah, Anu Kapoor and Mohan Lal, who play important characters in the film, are equally fascinated and impressed by the valley’s beauty and will also join Priyanka in spreading a word about it so that more film makers shoot in Kashmir.
