Beginning this week, many people in Mumbai woke up to the shock of their life when they saw dead bodies hanging outside their house. Many people are said to have got really scared when on looking out of the window of their house, they found dead bodies hanging down from the hording of the film Agyaat. What really scared the people passing by and those who had a look at these hoardings from the window of their house was that they looked like real bodies and were quite scary.
and as expected, many passers by and on lookers were so scared that they decided to call up the police and informed them that these bodies were hanging from the hoardings.
It was only when the police came and removed the bodies from the hoardings that they discovered that what was hanging was just dummies and not actual dead bodies.
Police was only able to find out later that the dummies were actually planted over there to attract people’s attention towards Ram Gopal Verma’s new film Agyaat, the thriller which is about to release in a few days time. In times when producers are trying to discover new ways to promote their films, Ramu found this particular one to promote his new thriller in a unique way. It seems that whereas all producers use big stars, who feature in their films, Ram Gopal Verma having no big star-cast in Agyaat decided to seek the help of these dummies to promote his new film.
Now, whether those who watched the dummies are actually attracted towards Agyaat or after recollecting this horrifying experience they had watching them, run away from it, is yet to be seen.
