Shahid Kapoor is said to be upset with Ken Ghosh, for shooting kissing scenes in Dance Pe Chance.
While Ken Ghosh is getting ready to release his next directorial venture Dance Pe Chance, he can’t stop praising his lead actor Shahid Kapoor for his powerful performance in the film. But, on the other hand it seems Shahid is not very happy with certain scenes of the film and has requested the director to delete them in final editing.
The concerned scene, which Shahid is keen on getting deleted is a kissing scene between him and the lead lady of the film Genelia D’Souza.
A source close to the makers of Chance Pe Dance said, “Most certainly, there was a kissing scene in the film along with a love-making scene. However Shahid thought that it wouldn’t be good for his image among the kids. He also felt it would be liked by people from coming to the cinema hall with their kids, and he did not want that to happen. So he spoke to Ken Ghosh and made sure that the scene be removed from the film. Though Ken wasn’t very happy about the idea since the shot had taken a lot of effort, he finally understood Shahid’s point of view. Shahid also argued that removing the kissing scene would also help the film get a U certificate from the censor board.”
Ken Ghosh is said to be convinced with Shahid’s idea because the director also feels that since Chance Pe Dance is mainly for the youth and if the film gets an Adult certificate from the censor board, it may affect the film adversely at the Box office.
So, since Shahid is upset with it and Ken Ghosh is also not comfortable about them, you may not see the kissing scenes in Chance Pe Dance, when the film hits the theatres.
