Shiv Sena has now called Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan as two idiots.
After criticizing Shahrukh Khan for supporting the inclusion of players from Pakistan in the upcoming IPL cricket tournament, Shiv Sena has now called the two biggest stars of Bollywood, Aamir and Shahrukh as two idiots.
In a statement published in Shive Sena’s mouthpiece Samana, the party said, "In real life, Aamir and Shahrukh have been proved as 2 Idiots as both are making stupid statements in support of Pakistani cricketers.”
"On the one hand, while Shahrikh is openly showing his love for Pakistani players, Aamir has even put nationalistic sentiments in his utterances on this issue. According to Aamir, if any cricketer is good, he would like to have him in his team. It makes no difference to him which country the cricketer belongs to," said the party.
You may recall that Shahrukh Khan, owner of Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL had recently while supporting cricket players from Pakistan had said that if any team owners have suitable vacancies and if players from Pakistan fit into it, they should keep the doors open for them. Aamir had also said that each team owner should have the right to buy best players and if some of those players are from Pakistan, so it be.
What Shiv Sena should understand though is that this is the time of Idiots only. These two idiots being referred to over here are also the two most powerful persons in the Hindi film industry right now and if they get together, many more people will come around to their support. So, whether it is Shiv Sena or anyone else, they must be careful in taking them on and calling them 2 Idiots.
