100 guards to protect Mallika Sherawat

During the shooting of Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam in Pondicherry Mallika Sherawat was almost mobbed by her crazy fans, and in fact the situation became so grave that the producer Ratan Jain hired 100 guards to keep the marauding fans away from her.

Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam is the second film Mallika Sherawat is doing with Rahul Bose. Their first film together was Pyar Ke Side Effects.

Ratan Jain told the reporters that despite constant pleadings from the crew the maniacal fans wouldn’t let her alone and even tried to surround her and touch her. This is pretty scary.
