Aamir Khan has expressed his desire to work with Amitabh Bachchan.
Aamir Khan has expressed his desire to share the screen space with Bollywood’s biggest star Amitabh Bachchan.
Mr. Bachchan mentioned this in his recent post on his blog. Mr. Bachchan, who had visited Aamir’s house some days back to condole the death of latter’s father, after Amir’s father passed away some times back wrote, “As Aamir came down to see us off when we left his house, he said We must work together sir. I told him to direct a film. He has such talent for it. He nodded approval. But we all know that nods of approval and desire to work together, make good conversation ready to picked up as a headline tomorrow, and nothing more.”
It may be recalled here that whereas Mr. Bachchan has shared screen with many big and small actors of recent times, he has so far not worked with Aamir. Moreover since Amitabh Bachchan is considered to be the biggest Bollywood star of yesteryears and after the success of his films like Ghajini and 3 Idiots, Aamir has proved that he probably enjoys the same status in the present day Bollywood, it may be interesting to see what magic they create when the two are seen together in the same film.
But, with Aamir being very choosy about the few projects that he undertakes his desire to work with Mr. Bachchan may be a distant possibility right now. Hopefully, someone will soon come-up with a script that is liked by both these Bollywood superstars and we can see them sharing the silver screen.
