She will also act in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Raavan‘ along with husband Abhishek Bachchan. Raavan is said to be the story of Ramayana depicting modern times. Aishwarya is supposed to play the role of Sita. The movie eill be shot in Tamil also though with different star caste.
Aishwarya Rai’s another project is with superstar Rajnikanth. It is S. Shankar’s ‘Endhiran‘ which will be shot in exotic locales and will have sci-fi special effects. It is said that Aishwarya is being paid Rs. six crores for this film. This makes her the highest paid Bollywood actress till date.
Aishwarya Rai is one of the favorites of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He is casting her opposite Hrithik Roshan for his next venture. Aishwarya’s another movie will be with Abhinay Deo. This movie will be produced by versatile actor, director, singer Farhan Akhtar. Much sought after Vishal Bharadwaj is also casting Aishwarya Rai in next directorial venture.
So Aishwaya Rai has sent a signal to those who were writing her off as an actress. She is not only in the race but way ahead of the pack.
