Bollywood producer Jhamu Sugandh is dead

Renowned producer and financier Jhamu Sugandh died after a cardiac arrest on Monday, in Mumbai. He was in his latest 50s. Sources close to the Sugandh family said Jhamu Sugandh was rushed to the Life Criticare Hospital in Juhu following breathing problems. He was the producer of some of the blockbusters like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Chachi 420 and Rangeela. He had also produced Filhaal and Aks besides producing some non-commercial films like Buddhadeb Dasgupta’s Kaalpurush and Earth.
