Shahrukh Khan did not invite Farah Khan to a party organized by him.
It is very clear now that Farah Khan’s decision to cast Akshay Kumar in her upcoming directorial ventureTees Maar Khan instead of her favorite Shahrukh Khan was not just a professional decision. Despite both denying reports in this regard, it is now well known that the reason why Farah chose Akshay Kumar over Shahrukh is because not all is well between the director and the actor, who had earlier worked together in films like Main Hoon Na and Om Shanti Om.
The fact that both personal and professional relation between the actor and the director are at an all time low became clear when Shahrukh refused to include Farah’s name in the list of guests for a party to be organized for pop singer Akon, who was in Mumbai to record a song in Shahrukh’s movie Ra 1.
Reports suggest that the Morani brothers, who organized the event for Shahrukh, were specifically told to strike off Farah and her husband’s name from the list of guests to be invited to this event at the very last moment.
Farah’s exclusion from the list of guest because of her tense relation with Shahrukh had become clear when apart from Farah all the other guest to be invited to the party were informed a week before the event. On that occasion, both Shahrukh and Morani brothers had tried to downplay the issue saying, “Since the list of guests is still being finalized and invitations are still being sent, Farah’s name will figure somewhere.”
But, with Farah actually not being sent an invitation for this party till the last moment, it was clear that her personal relation with Shahrukh is not good and the two are probably not on talking terms.
