With the world coming to know who is playing the character of Barack Obama in My Name Is Khan, Karan Johar’s deepest secret is finally out.
As Karan Johar gets ready to release his next film My Name Is Khan, it is very clear that the film is based on the famous 9/11 terrorist attack on the twin towers of World Trade Centre buildings in New York and its after effects. The story revolves round the American authorities suspecting an innocent Muslim Rizwan Khan of being involved in terrorist activities just because he belongs to a particular religion. The autistic man then sets out to meet none other than Barack Obama, the President of United States of America to seek justice for himself.
Now, despite the fact that My Name Is Khan is being made by Karan Johar, who is one of the biggest producer-director of Bollywood and stars King of Hindi Film Industry Shahrukh Khan, there is no question of the U S President Barack Obama playing a character in the Bollywood film.
But, since there is a character of US President in the movie, Karan Johar had to cast an actor in this particular role. Despite the producer-director trying to keep it a close guarded secret, it is now clear that the star of American TV shows like, THE JAMIE FOXX, Christopher B. Duncan will undertake the character of the President of USA in the film.
It is not the first time that Christopher will play the role of the American President. The actor has played the character of Barack Obama with much class and attitude in the highly popular Jay Leno Show. Many feel that it was Christopher’s highly appreciated portrayal of Barack Obama in the show that made Karan Johar select him to play the US President in his film.
Karan Johar tried his best to hide who is playing the character of Barack Obama in My Name Is Khan. But now despite the secret being out, hopefully this will not affect the film as My Name Is Khan is being sold in the name of Shahrukh and Kajol and not Christopher B. Duncan.
