Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor
Couple of weeks back, before the release of Kareena Kapoor’s Kambakkht Ishq, when her family was not by her side, it was Saif Ali Khan who stood by hers. And now when Saif’s film Love Aaj Kal is due for release, its Kareena’s turn to stand by her boyfriend.
Speaking about Love Aaj Kal, Kareena said, “I really want ‘Love Aaj Kal’ to do well and break all box-office records. Yes, I agree that ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ is my film but then so is ‘Love Aaj Kal’. For both Saif and me ‘Love Aaj Kal’ apart from being a prestigious project is also something which is very close to our hearts.”
Surprisingly, apart from it being a Saif’s home production, Kareena wants Love Aaj Kal to do well at the Box office because it is an Imtiaz Ali film. Though Imtiaz Ali may have refused to cast him in Love Aaj Kal, Kareena still cannot forget the wonderful experience she had while shooting for Jab We Met and wishes all the best for him. Imtiaz remains one of Kareena favorite director and she wants his movie to do well at the Box office.
One other person who really wants Love Aaj Kal to do well is Deepika Padukone. After the debacle of Chandni Chowk to China, Deepikia desperately needs a hit and if Love Aaj Kal does not do well, Deepika’s career may be in trouble.
Well, most expectedly everyone associated with the film has put in their best in this movie and is hoping for the best.
