Badmaash Company is based on the idea that we have enough to fulfill all our needs but not our greed. But then man, especially the youth of do not believe in this concept and try to acquire all they want and do not mind adopting unreasonable means for this purpose. Its altogether a different matter though that what is gained quickly by shortcuts is lost even more quickly.
The film not only handles this tough and complicated topic with the kind of care it needed so that it sends the right massage but also provides you entertainment in the process. The film not only has many very interesting moments in-between but also keeps you hooked from beginning to end.

Some scenes in the film are worth watching. Certain scenes like the sequence in Bangkok, the showdown between friends and Shahid’s transformation has been beautifully filmed. The director has also been successful in highlighting the on-screen chemistry between four friends
The music by Pritam goes well with the film and the work of debutant director Parmeet Sethi is impressive.
Among the drawbacks, though on a whole, its been written and filmed nicely, certain portion of the film in second hour have been stretched much too far. Similarly, the part at the climax, where the four friends try to save the business of another man seems totally out of context and was not needed.
The film has an impressive performance from all the leading stars of the film. Shahid Kapoor has once again proved that he has the caliber as an actor and is improving with every film. Anushka Sharma has not only given a good performance but looks stunning in the film. Debutant actors like Vir Das and Meiyang Chang also look promising and done justice to their character. The group of young actors have been supported well by senior actors including Anupam Kher Kiran Juneja and Pawan Malhotra.
Badmash Company is a good mixture of serious cinema and entertainment, which you will enjoy.
