Veteran Bollywood actor Rajesh Khanna, who ruled the Hindi film industry in early 1970’s will now be entering the Big Boss House.
Sources in the Television channel, which runs the reality game show says that Rajesh Khanna was to enter the Big Boss house along with other participants around three weeks back, when Big Boss 3 started.
Though, the talks between the actor and the channel had reached a positive conclusion and Rajesh Khanna was to enter the house, but the talks broke down when the veteran actors asked for permission to drink, while he is in the house taking part in the show.
Since despite whatever you may think about the show, having hard drinks is not allowed in the Big Boss house because the channel wants to promote it as a family show, the channel refused to give such a permission to the actor and his talks with the channel broke down at the last moment.
Sources say that the channel is once again negotiating with Rajesh Khanna so that he can enter the house through a wild card. This time around the actor has shown a more positive attitude and is willing to not drink as long as he is on the show. Rajesh Khanna now says that he took this decision because the friction, tension and drama on the show are far more interesting than the drinks.
Interestingly, Rajesh Khanna is said to be entering the show since his family, especially his son-in law Akshay Kumar isn’t very keen on his being a part of the show. Since, Rajesh Khanna has always done what he has wished and does not like to be dictated by others, he has decided to enter the Big Boss house.
But, whether his entering the Big Boss house will be useful for Rajesh Khanna and the show is something that will be watched with keen interest.
