Saif Ali Khan Can Be Arrested in Assult Case

Iqbal Sharma a NRI businessman, who was dining at Wasabi restaurant at the Taj in Colaba last night has registered a case of assault against Saif Ali Khan under section 325, IPC. Saif can be arrested for this assault. 7 Years imprisonment can be awarded to Saif Ali Khan. This incident is non bailable and Saif Ali Khan has to go to court to get bail.

When iqbal Sharma asked Saif Ali Khan to keep the voice low, Saif replied that if You want peace, go to a library. Saif Ali Khan has allegedly threw a Chinese bowl to Iqbal Sharma and broken his nose. Colaba police has asked Saif Ali Khan to come to police station.

It will be a bit difficlut for Saif Ali Khan to get out easily from this assault incident. Because there were other onlookers in the hotel and CCTV cameras might have caught this incident.

Saif Ali Khan was present at the Taj Hotel wth his freinds. It is being said that Karrena Kapoor and Karishma Kapoor were with him. It is being said that Iqbal Sharma requested to Saif Ali Khan to keep his voice down. This request enraged Saif Ali Khan and punched Iqbal Sharma in nose and allegedly broke his nose.

Iqbal Sharma was enraged by Sif Ali Khan’s behavior and registered a case against Saif Ali Khan in Colaba Police Station under 325 section of IPC. Iqbal Sharma was sent to hospital and he was released later. Under IPC, SECTION 325, Saif Ali Khan can be arrested.

Though a similar case was registered aginst Saif Ali Khan by a photojournalist in Patiala in 2008. But matter was laid to rest after Saif Ali Khan apologized to the photojournalist.

Iqbal Sharma was present at Taj Hotel and he claimed that along with his two friends, Saif Ali Khan assaulted him, when he objected to the noise coming from Saif Ali Khan’s table. This small incident enraged Saif ALi Khan and his two friends. Saif ALi Khan’s girlfriend Kareena Kapoor was present at that time along with her sister Karishma Kapoor. But it seems the presence of these two ladies did noting to soften their stand. Iqbal Sharma is a businessman. This whole incident took place at 4 O’ Clock in the morning.

It seems businessman Iqbal Sharma who was dining at the hotel with his family, is not in the mood to relent. Under section, 325, IPC, currently Saif Ali Khan is facing arrest. If our Bollywood star can exercise a bit of restraint, such unpleasant incidents can avoided.
