Priyanka Chopra had allegedly been said to have an affair with Shahrukh Khan. Definitely this has not gone down well with Gauri Khan. She repeatedly ignored Priyanka Chopra at various functions. Gauri Khan’s good friend Karan Johar came to her rescue.

One of the Priyanka Chopra’s friend’s had given an interview alleging that powerful star wives were sidelining Priyanka Chopra. The friend also blasted a powerful director for ganging up with star wives. This has not gone down well with Karan Johar.

Karan Johar wrote some tweets which were said to be directed towards Priyanka Chopra. He tweeted, “Using their hired PR machinery and hiding behind so called “friends” to get news into tabloids is nothing but spineless and lame!!!”

Karan Johar tweeted further, “Some people need to wake up and smell the KOFFEE!!! Get a reality check before its too late!!! Grow up!!! and dont mess with goodness….”

Media-people were asking questions about Gauri Khan and Karan Johar. Normally Priyanka Chopra remains composed but not this time. Miffed with the questions, she canceled her press conference. Due to the lack of microphone, a journalist asked his question in a loud voice. To which Priyanka Chopra replied, “Gentleman, by raising your voice don’t think I will answer your questions.”

Shahrukh Khan too is said to be going through a low phase in his personal relationship. It seems time has changed. Earlier star wives were invisible and hardly used to give tough time to heroines having affairs with their husbands. Today’s star wives seem to be a different species.

Gauri Khan is a star wife who is not some helpless, tucked away in the confinement of home type of wife. She wields certain clout in Bollywood. Gauri Khan also seems to have powerful friends in Bollywood. It looks like Gauri Khan is capable of giving tough times to her husband and Priyanka Chopra as well.

Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif Bollywood actresses

IT raids on Bollywood actresses Katrina Kaif & Priyanka Chopra since 7: 30 AM this morning. Sleuths suspect tax evasion. Raids were being conducted on offices and residences of the Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif.

IT- Raids are nothing new for Bollywood stars. Last year too raid was conducted on house of Arbaaz Khan, who is brother of Salman Khan and have recovered Rs 15 crores in liquid cash. Priyanka and Katrina receive huge amount of money as endorsement of various products. The raids are still on in their respective offices and homes. So the picture will be clear after the raids will be over.  Raids might take the whole day before IT sleuths can arrive  at any conclusion.

According to the sources, Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif are accused of tax evasion and hiding the actual income in their filed Income Tax Return (ITR). Managers of both the actresses will also be interrogated by the IT officials. Top Bollywood stars earn handsome income and get huge sums of money for endorsing various products. But often they are in news for tax evasion.

Whoever watches TV, can’t claim that he doesn’t know Mandira Bedi. She is what not, a popular actress, TV anchor and Cricket commentator. She has given new meaning to cricket commentary. Mandira Bedi added glitz and glamour to cricket commentary with her noodle strap dresses. 

It is admirable that at the age of 38, Mandira Bedi is still having a size zero figure and one of the hot celebrities on TV. 

Mandira Bedi has gone ahead and posed topless in a mini skirt and nothing else. Though she was not talking boldly in the Vogue article. She was talking about her healthy lifestyle and well-toned body. There is one catch though, Mandira Bedi claimed in the article that she doesn’t like wearing short clothes!!

In past too, Mandira Bedi has done a sizzling photo shoot for Maxim magazine. Thiss time she has gone a step ahead and removed her top for Vogue magazine. Mandira Bedi says that she never minds going topless as she knows that her shoulders and back are her biggest plus point. She confirms, “Anything that shows off my shoulders and back, and accentuates my waist will work for me.”

Actor Sanjay Dutt might lose his house and office if he fails to pay Rs 2.03 crore as compensation to producer Shakeel Noorani. The Mumbai Sheriff’s office attached Sanjay Dutt’s residential flat in Imperial Heights at Pali Hill in order to recover the above stated amount of money. Productions in Mayfair Melody at Santacruz can also be attached later. 

Immediately Sanjay Dutt doesn’t have to worry about his residence and office. He has been given 30 days by court to compensate the producer Shakeel Noorani. This order has been issued to Sanjay Dutt by the IMPPA (Indian Motion Picture Producers Association). Noorani’s lawyer Ashok Sarogi confirmed the Sheriff’s office has pasted attachment notice outside flat no. 1101 in Imperial Heights.

The matter between Sanjay Dutt and Shakeel Noorani has started from October 2001. Noorani Film Corporation had started shooting of a film Jaan Ki Baazi, in which Sanjay Dutt was in the lead role. But the film could not get completed beyond 50% because Sanjay Dutt has not given any further date. Shakeel Noorani had paid Sanjay Dutt Rs 50 lakhs as signing amount.

When Shakeel Noorani had seen no solution in sight he approached IMPPA (Indian Motion Picture Producer’s Association). he wanted his signing amount to be refunded along with an additional sum of Rs 1.53 crore.

In the beginning of January 2010, IMPPA had passed an award directing Sanjay Dutt either to gives dates to Shakeel Noorani or to refund the entire amount of Rs 2.03 crore. But Sanjay Dutt failed to comply with IMPPA directives. IMPPA orders acquire legal status of an arbitration award. Sanjay Dutt had 90 days to challenge it before a competent court. But he didn’t take any action. After that Shakeel Noorani had no choice but move to high court. Acting on the plea, the execution department of the high court directed the Sheriff’s office to attach the two premises owned by Dutt in order to recover the losses suffered by Shakeel Noorani.

Now Sanjay Dutt has not option but to pay the stated amount to the producer. Sanjay Dutt definitely doesn’t like to part with his house or office.

Now Aishwarya Rai is involved in racial controversy. Famous Elle magazine is being alleged of whitening her skin tone to make her look like a white lady. Aishwarya Rai is in Elle magazine cover wearing a golden gown and perfect hairstyle. Pritish Nandy has written an article on ‘Mystique of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.’ Fans started purchasing the magazines from the stands. It was fans who notices the whitening of Aishwarya Rai skin. They started posting angry comments over internet.

The same fashion magazine had created a storm by lightening the complexion of the Oscar nominated black actor, Gabourey Sidibe. Now they has “digitally bleached” the Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai to make her look white.

But Elle India, Editor-in-Chief Nonita Kalra told PTI, “Daily Mail is claiming to have contacted us for a comment, which is not true. We have not whitened Ms. Aishwarya’s skin tone in the pictures.”

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is said to be furious with the digital bleaching of her skin. She is nicknamed as Ms Professional but this time she is said to be upset and considering action against the magazine. Currently Aishwarya’s father is ill and she is busy with him. Therefore she doesn’t have time to verify the magazine’s skin whitening deed.

A close friend of Aishwarya Rai says, “No one in any part of the world look at Ash with culture-specific eyes. Though she has represented India on many international forums she is regarded as a world citizen. She is clearly the global face of the contemporary Indian woman. The last thing she’d want is to have a global image coloured by a racial suggestion.”

Rani Mukherjee and Vidya Balan Kissing

Lead ladies of Bollywood Rani Mukherjee and Vidya Balan kissed in front of the Television camera while the two were giving an interview to promote their upcoming film No One Killed Jessica.

Though there have been reports of the two not going well with each-other during the making of the film, if this is the way they chose to dismiss all those reports of personal and professional rivalry between them, it was surely a rather strange one

What is even more surprising is the fact that the two actresses, who will be seen sharing the screen space in No One Killed Jessica, have been of a reserved nature. This is especially true about Rani, who despite being a part of the industry for years has not opened to media till now.

  Whereas Rani and Vidya will like people to believe that the kissing was nothing more than a patch-up act, the reality may be that the lip-lock is a gimmick to promote a film that holds the key to at least Rani’s future in Bollywood. Though Vidya had a hit in the form of Paa recently, its been ages since Rani tasted success. That is why No One Killed Jessica is so important for her.

Surely the plan to create headlines through this alleged kiss between Rani and Vidya in front of the Television camera seems to have worked. It is giving just the right kind of publicity to the film about which, no one is talking otherwise. 

Ajay Devgan

Ajay Devgn is filing case against Vipul Shah.

Upset over not being paid his dues for being a part of London Dreams, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has decided to sue producer-director Vipul Shah and has filed a case against him. Ajay has become the second Bollywood actor to send a legal notice to Vipul on this issue after his co-star in the film Salman Khan did the same a few weeks back.

Vipul had not paid the full amount to both Ajay and Salman for being a part of the film but had promised them to do so once the film is released. Both the Bollywood stars had trusted the director and agreed to his request. The two stars had even reduced their fee to help the director but now they are very upset with him for not even being able to pay that much. Sources close to both Ajay and Salman say that although its more than a year since the film hit the theatres, the two stars have not even been paid half the amount that they had been signed for doing London Dreams.

Vipul needs to do a lot of explaining after both Salman and Ajay have asked for their remaining money. After all, when the producer-director has neither paid the dues to the stars, nor the distributors for putting their money into London Dreams, where did all the money go? The distributors had earlier refused to invest in Vipul’s last offering Action Replyy because even they had not been paid their dues for London Dreams.

But it is rather ironical that senior actors like Ajay and Salman have decided to take legal action and filed a case against Vipul when he was only the director of the film. Instead shouldn’t they be aiming their guns towards the producers of London Dreams?

How Sonakshi Sinha Pic was Morphed

In the age of photoshop nothing is impossible. Sonakshi Sinha was constantly denying that she did not pose in a bikini for Maxim magazine. But Sonakshi Sinha’s bikini picture was extremely popular over the internet. Even Salman Khan was said to be angry with the whole bikini affair. Salman showed his displeasure over Sonakshi’s bikini affair. Salman has advised Sonakshi not to pose for Maxim magazine.

Sonakshi has written on her twitter account, “ Quite shocked to see India Today carrying an article on me appearing on maxim in a bikini!! Yeah right. These guys generally have their facts n figures right! Got the fact that I’m on maxim right, but the figure (pun intended) completely wrong! Would have been smart if they checked out the magazine before writing whatever they felt like. It’s not about me anymore but about their credibility.”

But Apunkachoice magazine find out that how it was photoshoped. Sonakshi Sinha’s face was taken from her debut movie Dabangg poster. Her face was cut pasted as such. Later on Sonakshi’s figure was adjusted at the bikini pic. Her bindi was erased from using simple photoshop technique. It is obvious that expressions on Sonakshi’s face is the same.

Shahrukh Khan with Rani Mujherjee

No, Indians don’t consider Shahrukh Khan vulgar. But people in Bangladesh are very upset with Shahrukh Khan.

It seems during his recent tour to Bangladesh, rather than winning a few fans, Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan has lost the admiration of many of his fans from that country with people being very upset with him..

Everything was fine while Shahrukh, and other Bollywood stars including Arjun Rampal, Rani Mukherjee and Eesha Koppikhar stayed and performed in Bangladesh’s capital Dhaka, but as the group led by Shahrukh returned back to India, people have started raising many fingers towards the Bollywood actor.

The complaint list of the people from Dhaka against Shahrukh is fairly long. Most people in Dhaka feel that Shahrukh is just another actor and therefore he was not entitled to the VVIP treatment that was offered to him in the city. As the Bollywood stars performed at a show organized by the government of Bangladesh, they were treated like special guests.

Shahrukh’s smoking habits have also not gone well with the people of the neighbouring country. The public of Dhaka is also upset with Shahrukh for openly smoking at public places during the course of the show when all the cameras were focussed on him.

The fact that people of Bangladesh are not impressed with Shahrukh came to light after a local daily newspaper in Dhaka carried a report about it where it wrote how people were not at all happy with Shahrukh’s recent visit to Dhaka.

May be to a certain extent people of Bangladesh have a right to be upset on the above two ground as Shahrukh is just a film star and does not deserve to be treated like state guest. Moreover being the public figure that he is, his smoking in public also sends out a wrong signal. Yet the biggest charge on Shahrukh was rather weird. Though Shahrukh is from India and a star of Hindi film industry, people expected him to speak in the national language of Bangladesh during the show. That was expecting too much from him.

The silver lining for Shahrukh though was that all the news of people being upset with him came after the show. The attendance at the show was complete with around 30000 people enjoying it.

Karan Johar’s TV show Koffee with Karan is proving a perfect ground for bitching and settling scorers! Bollywood celebrities come here and spit venom on their counterparts. The latest to join the list is Anil Kapoor. In Karan Johar’s rapid fire round Anil Kapoor blurted out that Shilpa Shetty is the worst case of Botox job. 

In Koffee with Karan’s rapid fire round as the name suggests celebrities were not given much time to think. They have to be spontaneous and answer quickly. And no doubt bollywood stars end up revealing problematic things. This time it was Anil Kapoor. When Karan Johar asked about the worst case of Botox, Anil Kapoor’s answer was Shilpa Shetty! He further said that she had done something with her nose and lips that created the continuity problems for the film Badhai Ho Badhai!

An insider revealed, "This happened on the episode where Anil had come with Sanjay Dutt and Kangna. Anil immediately blurted out Shilpa’s name, which surprised everyone present. That Shilpa went under the knife may have been known in the film industry but not to the rest of the world. This will definitely raise a few eyebrows."

But there are exceptions too. Shahrukh Khan is losing his good friends in the industry. In the bollywood friendship and networking takes you quite far. Realizing this Shahrukh has tried to use Karan Johar’s Koffee with Karan to mend his friendship. Insiders said that on the sets of Koffee with Karan, Shahrukh Khan tried to extend olive branch to his ex-friends. He has already made up with Aishwarya Rai and Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

When asked about his earlier buddies Farah Khan and Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan answered, if these two were not talking to him, it could probably be his fault. Hope that this statement can be viewed in positive light by his former friends.
