Sidhartha Mallya seems to be in the news for all the wrong reasons these days. After his alleged break-up with Deepika Padukone, he is again in the news, this time due to his war of words with Bollywood actress Ayesha Takia.

The problems between Ayesha Takia and Sidhartha Mallya started when highly disturbed by the way a ground staff member of the Sidhartha Mallya’s family owned airlines misbehaved with her sister, Ayesha Takia wrote on her Twitter account, “The worst airline is kingfisher!!! shockingly baddddddddddd airport staff behavior at the Delhi airport with my sister. This disgustingly behaved kingfisher staff called Vinay Podwal just tore my sister’s boarding pass and even misbehaved with her!!!!”

Ayesha Takia said that she could not believe that the staff of reputed airlines could tear-off the boarding pass of a passenger. She went on to add, “The incident has filled me with anger.”

But the post by Ayesha Takia has not gone well with Sidhartha Mallya, the son of Vijay Mallya, who owns the kingfisher airlines. Not happy with Ayesha Takia’s Tweet criticizing his family owned airlines, Sidhartha Mallya wrote back on Twitter, “Been getting retweets about Ayesha Takia and KFA. I am not too sure who she is, an actor of some sorts?? But it seems something has made her upset. Don’t know why Ayesha Takia is tweeting so much when she wasn’t even present when the incident happened. There are always two sides to a story.”

Sidhartha Mallya’s Tweet was not enough to satisfy Ayesha Takia, who further wrote that since the incident took place with her sister, she was fully aware of the entire story.

It seems rather than solving the matter, Sidhartha Mallya has made a mess of the issue. Ayesha Takia has now decided to take action against kingfisher airlines, whose staff misbehaved with her sister and caused inconvenience to her.
But later on Vijay Mallya, Sidhartha Mallya’s father intervened and apologized to Ayesha Takia’s sister and promised to look into the matter. Vijay Mallya wrote, ‘My personal apologies 2 Natasha- Ayesha Takia’s sister if she was disappointed with our service. Will have her allegations fully investigated.”
Ayesha Takia was happy with Vijay Mallya’s response and wrote back, ”I just read the tweet from Mr. Vijay Mallya.. I appreciate the response and hope the matter is seriously looked into and dealt with.”

Saif Ali Khan with Kareena Kapoor

Kareena Kapoor is keeping everyone guessing about her engagement and marriage plans with Saif Ali Khan. She has now said that the reports of her engagement and marriage with Saif Ali Khan on February 10 are completely false and she is neither getting engaged nor getting married this year.

Kareena has said, “This news is completely false as there are no such plans.”

Kareena Kapoor, who is in Delhi to promote her latest film Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu said, “Right now, all I am looking forward to is the release of my forthcoming films Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, and Agent Vinod. There are no engagement or marriage plans in the near future.”

It seems apart from shooting and promoting her film, all Kareena Kapoor is doing these days, is to deny reports of what’s going on in her personal life. Kareena Kapoor has also denied reports that she is pregnant.

Reports also suggested that Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan were getting ready to tie the knot after the release of Agent Vinod, somewhere around March or April.

Sources close to Kareena Kapoor had even said that she has started shopping exclusively for the special day. But now with the denial of all such reports from Kareena Kapoor, people have to start all over again to make guesses about future date of Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s wedding.
Kareena Kapoor also announced that Agent Vinod will be her last action film. She says, “I am a very romantic person at heart, I am petrified of gun shots and speed. “Agent Vinod” will be my last action film… I won’t be doing anymore action movies… I didn’t enjoy doing the stunts at all. I like doing romantic films and enjoy the singing and dancing.”
Now speculations are made that Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan may get married next year. As an insider said, “Nothing is confirmed right now. Both of them are still pondering over the possibility of getting hitched next year. Besides Agent Vinod, their hands are full with a lot of work in 2012. They are still discussing details with each other and their family members. Valentine’s Day 2013 is an option for them.”
A source claims that Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan are extremely busy in the year 2012. He says, “If they get married next year, they will be able to focus on the wedding easily. Right now, Kareena is promoting Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, while Saif’s energy is completely focused on Agent Vinod. The final call to get married will be taken soon.”

Amitabh Bachchan with Jaya Bachchan

Amitabh Bachchan is shooting for a Bhojpuri film, which is produced by his make-up man Deepak Sawant, who has been with the Bollywood star for more than 30 years.

Though this is not the first time that Mr Amitabh Bachchan will work in a Bhojpuri film to be made by his make-up man since he also worked in another Bhojpuri project named Ganga, which was made by the same producer, this time around even his wife Jaya Bachchan will do a role in this project.

Amitabh Bachchan, while making public that he is working in another Bhojpuri film, wrote on his blog, “Tomorrow I am going to shoot for my make-up man’s production of his Bhojpuri film. Jaya and I will be together for a day’s work.”

Mr. Amitabh Bachchan wrote that this make-up man has been with him for the past 30 years now and never missed even a day’s work. He wrote, “This is the least that I can do for Deepak for looking after my face for so long!!”

It may be a co-incident that whereas Deepak’s previous Bhojpuri film with Mr. Bachchan was called Ganga, this one will be named Gangadevi.

Interestingly, it is still not clear whether both Jaya and Amitabh make a guest appearance in this film and will finish their work in a day or they have a bigger role in Gangadevi.

But by appearing in two Bhojpuri films for his make-up man Deepak Sawant, Mr Amitabh Bachchan has once again shown that he cares for his staff and those close to him. Amitabh Bachchan wrote about his make up man, “He has made Bhojpuri films before and has cast me in a small role, so I guess this has now become a constant. But it would be difficult to refuse him simply because of his sincerity and his dedication to my face for the endless number of years he has been with me. A lot, indeed all of the credit for the face goes to him .. he makes me look good and hopefully it pleases people … so there ..”

The little daughter of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan is probably going to have her first big outing, as her parents head to Goa for a holiday to take their first break after her birth.

Though, both Aishwarya and Abhishek needed a well-deserved break, the reason for the break might be slightly different for the husband and wife.
Despite featuring in public on rare occasions like the party thrown by Parmeshwar Godrej in the honor of Oprah Winfrey or the recent reception party after Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza wedding, Aishwarya has resisted from appearing in public after the birth of her first child and has spent most of her time with her daughter, who is fondly called Beti B. Aishwarya has also resisted from tempting offers of getting back to work, which are coming from producers, who want to cast her in films at any cost. Along with the baby, this will be Aishwarya’s first outing in a long time and a welcome change for her.
Abhishek on the other hand has totally different reasons to be happy about the holidays in Goa. Though the producers of his films gave him a small break after he became a father, but before he could have enough of the baby, he had to return to work and complete the shooting Bol Bachchan, which was delayed due to his injury.
Sources say that Abhishek ensured that he wraps-up his work for Rohit Shetty’s Bol Bachchan before his birthday so that there is nothing to stop him from taking this break with his wife and daughter.
Hopefully, both Aishwarya and Abhishek will enjoy their holidays in Goa and will spend their time with Beti B.

Aashiqui 2 to be based on Mahesh Bhatt’s first love.

Mahesh Bhatt may have made many films in the past, which were based on the true facts and incidents of his own life, but now some other director is going to make a film, whose central idea will revolve round the real life incidents of the former director. Mohit Suri will now direct Aashiqui 2, whose story will be based on real life love story of Mahesh Bhatt.
Speaking about Aashiqui series, Mahesh wrote on his Twitter account, “The best kept secret about ‘Aashiqui..’ is that it is also an autobiographical film, as it tells with the story of my very first love.”
Mahesh wrote that when he made Aashiqui in 1990, there was a pact between him and late Gulshan Kumar where, the late producer had asked the director to make a musical film and he will turn it into a memorable love story.

Mahesh said that now in the case of Aashiqui 2, when he is the producer and Mohit is the director, the pact remains the same.
Interestingly, whereas late Gulshan Kumar, who was the founder of T-series and Mahesh Bhatt’s production house Vishesh films together made Aashiqui, the same two production houses will join hands to produce Aashiqui 2 with the only difference being that Bhushan Kumar will replace his father as the producer of the film.

Mahesh expressed hope that just like Aashiqui, the second film, which rather than a remake will be a sequel, will have a good run at the box office.
Mahesh may have made some spectacular films based on his own life, but lets see if the same can happen with another director in the helms of affair.

Kareena Kapoor's Pic That Gave Wrong Impression

Kareena Kapoor has made it clear that her walking out of the airport holding her baby bump with a shawl in no way means that she is pregnant. The female lead from Bollywood was reacting to reports in the media that she is carrying.

A source close to Kareena Kapoor said, “No, she isn’t pregnant. Its strange how there has been so much frenzy with just a solitary picture floating around. There is no truth to the so-called news and for Kareena it is business as usual.”

The picture, which was probably taken from a wrong angle showed Kareena Kapoor looking as if she is pregnant. The picture became talk of the town after it was flashed all over the media and internet saying that the Bollywood actress is pregnant.

The picture had also changed the entire scenario around Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s pending marriage as it sent out a signal that they are getting married due to the compulsion of Kareena Kapoor’s pregnancy.
The concerned picture made different people react differently. While Kareena Kapoor, who knew that there is no truth in the report, ignored it by having a big laugh at what was written.
But the news was nothing less than a shock for film maker Madhur Bhandarkar, who earlier had to drop the idea of casting Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in his film Heroine, despite the fact that she was the first choice for the role, because of her pregnancy. Now if the alleged report of Kareena Kapoor’s pregnancy was true, it would have really hurt the director very badly. Keeping this in mind, Madhur became one of the first persons to be informed by Kareena Kapoor that there is no truth in the reports of her being pregnant.
With the speculations about her pregnancy being put to rest, Kareena Kapoor can now focus on her work and marriage plans.

Bollywood has expressed hope that well-known cricket player Yuvraj Singh, who is fighting cancer and undergoing treatment in USA, gets well soon.

Wishing Yuvraj a speedy recovery Amitabh Bachchan wrote on his Twitter account, “Shocked to learn that Yuvraj Singh is down with cancer. Yuvraj if you are reading this, know that we all pray for you. Rest assured all shall and will be well. Yuvraj, get up in the morning and say it out loud – “Everyday in every way I am getting better and better !!” You will,”

Apart from Mr Amitabh Bachchan, even his son Abhishek Bachchan while wishing good health to Yuvraj, wrote on his Twitter account, “@yuvsingh09 thank you so much my brother. Get well soon. Big hug.” ”

Even others stars from the Hindi film industry have hoped that Yuvraj gets well soon. Dia Mirza said, “Yuvraj has done so much for Indian cricket. This world cup might not have happened without him. Let’s pray for his recovery. Get well soon Yuvi,”

Director Kunal Kohli said. “I am very upset to hear about Yuvraj! Let’s pray that he recovers. I know he’s a fighter and he’ll win this match as well.”

Actor Siddharth said, “I think it’s unfair to speculate about Yuvraj’s health till he himself speaks about it. Until then, hoping and praying he is up and active soon,”

Actor Ameesha Patel, who was once linked with the cricketer,was shocked to learn his illness. “Praying for my friend Yuvraj. He has to get well. Everyone pls pray for him .. He must fight this awful illness.”

Liquor baron, Vijay Mallya, who’s close to him, wrote, “I am devastated 2 hear that my friend Yuvraj Singh has cancer. I pray 2 Balaji that he recovers n is back in action.” Politico Omar Addullah posted, “Here’s wishing Yuvraj Singh a speedy & complete recovery. On a good day there are few cricketers more exciting than him.” Gujarat CM Narendra Modi too, said, “Sad to hear about ill-health of Yuvraj Singh. He is a fighter and am sure he’ll come out of it very soon and play again for India.”

Hopefully these wishes and prayers come true and Yuvraj gets well soon.

Ritesh Deshmukh’s father was the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. So at Genelia and Ritesh Deshmukh wedding, Bollywood and political circles came in to celebrate their wedding. The wedding was attended by Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Abhishek Bachchan and his mother Jaya, Asin, Akshay Kumar, Sajid Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Suniel Shetty, Maria Goretti and Jackky Bhagnani. Industrialist Anil Ambani was also present with wife Tina Munim. The theme colour for the decor is yellow and pink.
Ritesh and Genelia’s wedding was one of the high profile wedding of the Bollywood. Ritesh Deshmukh entered the hotel premises on a ghodi in the afternoon. Ritesh Deshmukh was wearing a white bandhgala sherwani with a traditional headgear. Genelia was wearing a heavily embroidered red saree. Before wedding, Riteish Deshmukh wrote on Twitter, “Saw the Last sunset as a Bachelor.”

The guest list of Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia included Shah Rukh Khan too. He was seen talking with tennis star Leander Paes and his wife Rhea Pillai. Other guests were Karan with Hiroo Johar, Asin, Sanjay with Maheep Kapoor. Riteish dfeshmukh also tweeted a picture of Genelia and him after the wedding.

After truce between the Bollywood star and the director, Shahrukh is trying to downplay the entire issue of the brawl with Shirish and has refused to reveal his side of the story, saying that he does not want two sides of the story to go public.

Speaking about the incident that happened at the party organized Sanjay Dutt, where he allegedly abused and slapped Shirish, Shahrukh said, “My children think of her as Farah aunty and it has been difficult for them to understand what this entire issue was. I do not want to give two versions of the incident because this is an entirely personal issue. My children will get confused if they hear one version from me inside the house and another version in public. That is why I don’t comment on my personal life.”

Giving his first reaction to the incident, all Shahrukh said, “I feel highly embarrassing to talk about the incident in front of my children.”

Shahrukh’s refusal to say anything about Farah and her husband is an indication that the efforts made by Farah’s brother Sajid Khan and Shahrukh’s wife Gauri have yielded results. Softening his stand on the issue, Shahrukh said, “Farah is a very old friend of mine. A lot about two of us has been written for the past some time. It has been very difficult for me to sit with that. It is nice to have friends back home. I am happy about it.”

With Shahrukh not speaking on the issue, the complete truth about the brawl between Shahrukh and Shirish may never come out in open.
