Amitabh Bachchan is flying out to Los Angeles For Treatment. Amitabh Bachchan had undergone stomach surgery in February but it seems he is still having problems.

A source said to a tabloid,, “It was the first time since the operation in February that Bachchan saab felt such severe pain and had to go for a CT scan soon afterwards.” Amitabh Bachchan has also wrote about severe stomach pain on his blog, “So last night just after I had finished with the Blog, I rose from my desk to get to bed, but excruciating pain, stopped me in my tracks and I found it difficult to walk to stand to sit to lie down. Quite horrendous ! This was not there post operation even … so what really is the reason for it two months down the line ? I have no answer. But tomorrow there should be one as I prepare for a CT Scan, after devouring a large bottle or bottles of that yellow fluid, that shall line the internal organs so the scan can pick up any region that could be infected or being the cause for the pain.”

The same source also added, “It is believed that Mr Bachchan is not doing any film before September as he`s going to Los Angeles, in May-June, where he will undergo a few tests and the required treatment to be sure.” It seems Amitabh Bachchan is ready to tackle his illness headlong.

The source also elaborated, “That`s also because Abhishek is acting in the film and has a very strong role in it. And Ajay, who`s producing it, is like family. Besides, it`s not going to be stressful as Bachchan saab`s part will be shot in just a couple of days.”

Therefore work-wise Amitabh Bachchan is not putting any project in jeopardy and none of the producers is going to bear any loss. Lets hope that things will be OK after Los Angeles trip for Amitabh Bachchan.

Jaya Bachchan doesn’t want to sit near Rekha in the Rajya Sabha. Jaya Bachchan has filed a request to the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha to change her seat as she doesn’t want to sit on her usual allotted place. It is rumored, when Jaya Bachchan found out that Rekha will be sitting right behind her in the Rajya Sabha, she was not amused at all as the cameras will catch both of them in a single frame.

Jaya Bachchan has filed a request to the Chairman of a Rajya Sabha to change her seat. She has cited the reason of death of Brajbhushan Tiwari. Jaya Bachchan said as Brajbhushan Tiwari died of heart attack and he used to sit beside her all those years, she tends to get emotional about his deceased colleague. That’s why she wants her seat to be changed.

As we know, Jaya Bachchan was already a member of Rajya Sabha and Rekha is nominated recently to the Upper House of the Parliament along with Sachin Tendulkar. Recluse Rekha has accepted Rajya Sabha membership. People are already speculating and curious to watch the two in the Rajya Sabha together. Rekha will be placed on the seat no 98 and Jaya Bachchan’s earlier seat was 91. It means Rekha will be immediately behind Jaya Bachchan. Now Jaya Bachchan has been allotted seat no 143 which will be far away from Rekha’s seat.

Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan has organized a charity cricket match which he can’t attend due to prior commitment. Aamir Khan is extremely busy these days with his forthcoming first ever TV show, Satyameva Jayate’.

Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan has organized a cricket match between Bollywood celebrities and physically challenged to raise funds. Junaid Khan has successfully brought Bollywood celebrities together except his father Aamir Khan. Junaid Khan is the son of Amir Khan and his ex-wife Reena Dutta. After more than a decade of marriage they divorced. Aamir Khan got remarried to Kiran Rao and they have a five months old son, Azad, while Junaid is 18-year-old.
At this tender age, Junaid Khan has organized a fundraiser twenty 20 cricket match which was played between Bollywood celebrities and physically challenged players. This match was played at Brabourne stadium.

Though Aamir Khan couldn’t make it from Bollywood, but Rani Mukherjee, Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan, Esha Kopikkar, Atul Agnihotri, Aftab Shivdasani, TV actors Dilip Joshi and Disha Vakani participated from Bollywood.

What was Junaid Khan thinking about Aamir Khan’s absence from his charity cricket match? He was cool was Aamir Khan’s absence. Junaid Khan said, “I had asked dad when he would be free for this match and he gave me May 1 date. But he got some work and hence could not make it here…it’s ok.” It seems Junaid Khan knows father Aamir Khan’s perfectionist nature and the way he throws himself in his projects. That’s why he seems OK with his dad’s absence from his charity cricket match.

As legendary actress Zohra Sehgal turns 100 yesterday. She seems as lively as ever when she celebrated her 100th birthday with cake and an official biography on her, written by her own daughter.

Zohra Sehgal was singing on her 100 birthday, “Abhi na jaana chhod kar… ki cake abhi kata nahin… ki pet abhi bhara nahin (Don’t leave the party, the cake hasn’t been cut yet, tummy isn’t filled yet).

Zohra Sehgal’s first film was ‘Dharti Ke Lal’ in 1946. ahaer next film was ‘Neecha Nagar’ released in the same year. Her first TV programme ‘Doctor Who’ (1964-65) started a journey that can be envy of any actor. Zohra Sehgal featured in some of the most famous TV series such as ‘Mind Your Language’, ‘

Shahrukh Khan comes forward to support the employee of his company, Charu Khandal.

Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan has said that the fatal accident of the animator of his production company, Charu Khandal, is extremely unfortunate and he is praying for her speedy recovery.

Dismissing all reports in the media which suggest otherwise, Shahrukh, who just returned from a visit abroad said, “I have been worried about Charu’s health and have been in constant touch with people to inquire about it. I will also pray to God for her speedy recovery.”

The animator worked with Shahrukh’s production company Red Chilies Entertainment on the Bollywood star’s last home production Ra.One. She suffered serious injuries to her spine when the auto rickshaw in which she was returning home after a dinner, was hit by a speeding Honda car. Whereas her sister escaped unhurt, Charu and one of her friend Vikrant Goel, who accompanied her in the auto got seriously hurt.

Though Charu suffered serious injuries in the spine and had to be operated in the neck, Red Chilies refused to help saying that she is not a permanent employee. The company said that their rules do not allow to help temporary employees and Charu falls in that category only.

But now it seems that after the incident got reported in the media, Shahrukh has done a total U-turn on the issue and asked his production company to give full assistance to the injured animator. He has also deputed a person from his company at the hospital, who will be available round the clock to provide help to the family of the lady struggling for life.

A friend of Charu Khandal told a leading English Daily, “Shah Rukh Khan visited Charu on March 28th. He spoke to her family and assured them financial and moral support. He said as per the doctors and the treatment given, the hospital charges might go up to 11-12 Lakhs for Charu’s recovery for which someone from Red Chillies will get back to them. However, the family is predicting the charges to go much above the quoted amount, considering how precarious her condition is. So far, it’s only the family who has been paying the massive hospital bills. The hospital charges are not less either.”

Meanwhile, Charu Khandal has had a successful surgery and is on the path to recovery. Though doctors have said that she will never recover fully. Though some news reports are saying that Shahrukh Khan’s promised money has not reached yet to Charu Khandal’s family. And her family is hoping that promised help will reach her soon.

Prateik opts out of Milan Talkies.

The acting career of Bollywood actor Prateik may not be going all that great but that does not mean he will work with anyone and sign films with any banner. Just like his mother Smita Patil, Prateik is extremely choosy and not ready to work with everyone. Recently he opted out of a film because he was not able to get along with the production house making the film.

Prateik wanted to work in a film made by director Tigmanshu Dhulia as the actor and the director have mutual admiration for each-other. So, when Tigmanshu Dhulia started work on his new film Milan Talkies, he had Prateik in mind for the lead role and even approached the actor for the film.

After saying Yes initially, Pratek left the film when the production house making the film changed. Speaking over the matter, Prateik said, “I really wanted to work in Milan Talkies because I like the films made by Tigmanshu Dhulia. But, the film was to be earlier produced by some production house but now some other production house is working on it. Though things just didn’t workout in between all of us, I would like to get directed by him whenever things work out for us,”

Tigmanshu Dhulia also said, “I feel just like his mother, Prateik is very talented. Though Milan Talkies didn’t work for us, I am sure; we will work together on some other project very soon.”

Surely, with Paan Singh Tomar Tigmanshu has established himself as a better director and even Prateik is going to be appreciated if he gets a chance to work with the director.

Heroine is not based on the life of any actress.

Director Madhur Bhandarkar, whose new film Heroine has been in news from day 1, has clarified that this film is not based on the life of either Manisha Koirala or any other lady, who has worked in the world of cinema.

There have been reports that the lead character of Mahi in Madhur’s film is inspired by some real life story of an actress. First the name of Bollywood actress of yesteryears Madhubala and Hollywood actress Marilyn Monroe appeared in the media in this regard, and now the name of Manisha Koirala has surfaced in this list.

Issuing a clarification about the lead character of the film, Madhur said, “‘Heroine is not based on the life Manisha Koirala and this news is absolutely wrong. Lot of things had been written about the film before. But I have just created a character called Mahi who is today’s girl. The film is all about how she witnesses and deals with the ups and downs in her life.”

Madhur added, “This is a different kind of a film for Kareena’s fans and they will enjoy this film because they have never seen her in this kind of a role.”

For the time being, you can take Madhur Bhandarkar’s word that his next film is not based on the life of any actress. After all, if Madhur Bhandarkar tells the truth and revels what his film is all about; won’t people lose interest in it?

But the film should be complete by September and we should know the real truth behind the story of Heroine thereafter. Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine has already faced many controversies. Madhur Bhandarkar has taken Aishwarya Rai as female lead but she was pregnant and couldn’t continue working in this film. At one time, script and dialogue of the Heroine was stolen too. But everything is running smoothly rightly.

John Abraham is getting married this year with girlfriend Pirya Runchal. Johan Abraham had a almost decade long friendship with Bipasha Basu. But things didn’t work out for John and Bipasha and they broke off.

John Abraham said, “I met Priya through a common friend and there was an instant connection. I can talk to her about anything. Ours is a very honest relationship. We can tell each other everything. I think that is a benchmark for a healthy relationship.”

John Abraham has not disclosed his marriage date yet with Priya Runchal. He said, “I know it will be this year, but I don’t know when. It could be in a few months or a few weeks. I am a very impulsive guy. So I might decide to get married next week!”

John Abraham also said that there will be no preparations for his marriage with Priya Runchal as there might be just two people or not more than ten people on the occasion of his marriage. Johan Abraham also revealed that there will be no religious ceremony as he is an atheist. John Abraham and Priyan Runchal will go for a registered marriage.

John Abraham and Priya Runchal marriage might be long distance one and Priya Runchal wants to pursue some courses in London for two years. John Abraham is willing to try that long distance marriage aspect with Priya Runchal.
